I guess the question is how you deal with it, the aggressive or polite way. Wherever you go you will have people who think they are the centre of the world and they have every right to infringe on everybody else's rights eg crazy hooligans at the campsite up until 6:30 am. I think the best solution is Neils:

Remove yourself from the situation so that you are not tempted to become involved in a confrontation with irrational people - if you're not there they don't exist. Mind you the bagpipe element in Neil's post is unique, it apparently taks quite a lot of skill to play the bagpipes, I would have been joining in to try and pick some pointers
