Had a similar experience at a ski lodge in Methven NZ in 2001. Loaded pommies came back to the lodge at about 2am and drunken tomfoolery in the corridor outside our room (was sharing with good friend Mozzy) ensued for about an hour until these guys tried to break into our room because they thought it was their mates room. Mozz opened the door and let fly with one of the most creative and well compiled verbal assaults I have ever heard.From what I can remember he had an almost neverending repertoire of expletives, and never used the same word twice, it was a masterful display of how (not) to use the English language. - Wth bed hair and big, wide scary eyes (though not a big lad) I imagine he presented quite a site to these pommy boys. Suffice to say we never heard a peep from them after that. Probably not a good way to handle it, but it worked at the time.
