I don't think anyone trod lightly. I think that Phil was suitably chastised and in the end contrite. I think that clearly the group spoke its collective mind and left him in no doubt that he was out of order.

But at the same time there should be an opportunity for him to feel as if he could come back.

And by the way, so far a few posters on this thread have shown no problem expressing their personal dislike of people they probably have never met in person and yet feel entitled to condemn based on a few Chockstone posts.

That mob mentality is as abhorrent as the comments for which those in question were condemned.
