Anyone have any good training exercises (mental or technique training most likely) that can be used when climbing well under your grade limit?
Only thing I can think of is to practice climbing slowly/efficiently, with careful footwork, which might help technique and muscle memory.

Thought they might be useful when going gym climbing when illness/injury prevents a real workout.
