I have noticed that my left bicep (I'm left handed) is larger than my right, and needless to say my left arm is stronger than my right.
I was trying to work my right arm harder than the left when doing chin ups and managed to injure myself.
How do people go about achieving symmetry in size and strength?
btw My guns are more like water pistols!
