I haven't done this climb because it is beyond my abilities.
What I understand is that the climb is good and it has OK gear. My understanding is that the crux is at the lip of the overhang and there's nothing to hit if you take a big fall there. You wil have to rely on the gear you place yourself. Any bolts are over 30 years old and probably worthless.
I've done Trinity Wall which reverses part of Aftermath so I can assure you that there are solid runners in the mid-section of the climb.
It's not a hard climb given your standards. I'm not sure why you asked the question?

Back to the original question, it is a good one, and I found a soft touch for the grade.
Gear is excellent, and the bolts might be very old, but didn't look all that bad... The start possibly has the worst gear, but since you're fresh, it's the easiest to move through.
Well worth doing.
