Yeh getting rid of vertical is often the aim. The other tower which is on the left and out of shot is not far enough away to avoid a cramped top section. I managed to fit in two towers in the space - only just - and there is plenty of steep anyway. The vertical sections are probably only 10% of the towers and they give some easier grades among the steeper stuff. I've managed to get top-ropers some good lines among all the lead on the towers. They usually miss out on steeper terrain at most places so we're going to set up a new way to stop big swings.
