Prices will be in GBP as the policy limits are in GBP, insurers rarely alter this as they more often than not loose money on the variance of exchange rates etc

no 60 or 90 day periods of insurance, unless you buy the week unit options to account for it. they do yearly premiums for mountaineering, worldwide , excluding the USA and canada, the base premium is GBP$228.

There is a seperate questionnaire which they require which asks details about your climbing experience, your guides experiences and company operations, the mountain you are going to , the route, the country etc plus some medical questions.

its fair enough, if i was insuring someone to go climb say kanchenjunga i'd want as much info as possible before making a decision..
