What I'm hearing is that climbers would love to have their own space on a weekend, especially if its wet
and going to the crag is off. The lead walls at St Peters are spread around a bit, and the easy and hard
routes are mixed up.

At the new place, what if we had a "hard" area, that we could even cordon off on weekends? It would
mean safer leading, with no kids running around. The other thing is that I've often found that large holds
on easy routes get in the way of the more subtle moves on mostly smaller holds of the hard routes that
are mixed in on the same bit of wall. By keeping hard routes and easy ones separate, I think the
climbing would be better. We'd need to have plenty of the various types of terrain, so we'd still have
some hard slab routes and easy steep routes, but i think we can do that.
