That is my question - what areas in Victoria are deemed "bolt free" or "no more bolts" or a "Government defined wilderness area or reference area". I am aware that Wilson Prom is restricted to climbers, hence bolts - would like to know of any other areas?

What areas are bolts banned "by the PV Management Plan" - how do we access this plan?
