Of course, try and use your feet as much as possible, but the main thing will be to try and develop open
hand strength, this means trying to hold a hold in the open hand method, not crimping but laying the hand
out flat.
With slopers its important to try and feel the friction of the slope with the whole hand, not just the fingers.
Try and pull down from the wrist not the hand !
Hangboards are great for training this, just see how long you can hang from progressively poor slopes. |
