Try getting old silicone tubes pulling / pushing the ass out of them, cleaning it Then cut it down to 100mm or so length mix epoxy, re-insert base of tube put into normal caulking gun and fire.Only real drama is its basically one to two holes per home made tube so you need a lot.
I have obviously given a basic outline of what to do but im sure you get the idea. Just get in contact with a glazing company ask them to keep there old tubes go round once every couple weeks and colllect them.
