yeah, i'd back Kiama/ Gerringong / the coast south of Sydney in general or if you're willing to go a little bit more south, then Vincentia, for that is where my perfect place is. a little less convenient for the climbing, but great views of Point Perpendicular. ahh... and plenty of bushland, gorgeous beaches, tracks and tracks to run/ bike on, close to Nowra crags... if only I could go back... Brisbane is pretty cool (not temperature wise though). I'm still discovering the climbing around there, but Glasshouse Mountains seem pretty good, and within a short drive. the town is nice enough, pity it's full of queenslanders ;)
