hmm seems as though it isn't really playing out that way for some reason. economic slowdown means less sales = less manufacturing = less emissions etc etc but that still doesn't seem to be enough to meet the targets that were set.

what are your thoughts on K-Rud settling for a 5-15% target? if it would mean high unemployment and a dragged out recession would you still press for 20% or so?
