today

- we are in the middle of harvest (busy)
- I am sick as a dog
- going to a wedding
- leaving small boys with grandfather for first time
- will find out results of local election I am running in

I don't know whether to be happy, sad, excited or violently ill
These symptoms could apply to any of the above
No chance in hell of climbing in the immediate future hence OT.
Empathy / Similar vibe anyone

If the harvest is good, be happy, it will be a chance to buy more gear
>- I am sick as a dog
Good excuse to not climb that latest scary project
>- going to a wedding
Good excuse to get p*ssed

Big parent points, good training for leaving them with granpa next time you go climbing

If successful, you'll be able to push for the funding for a local public climbing wall (to keep those delinquent kids occupied of course). We need more climbers in politics!!

You will be happy (harvest), sad (too sick to get really p*ssed at the wedding), excited (good election results), and violently ill (you'll get really p*ssed at the wedding despite being sick).

Sounds like it's all covered - now you just need to build a woody in the shed for mental health reasons!!

You did what?!
You left a sweet old man in the custody of two rampant young boys?!
