i think there aught to be a seperate price 4 bouldering - i would pay for that, as i don't go to flem to climb, i go there 2 boulder and catch up with mates. You have that pool fence now to keep the kiddies out but there doesn't seem to be a permanent staff member upstairs - i'd have thought this would be a logical thing 2 do (the place is such a maze you can't see people all the time, i've seen one gumby untying his rope halfway up a climb without anybody else around to see). This staff member could casually remind boulderers wanting 2 rope up that they have to pay for it.

The climbing just doesn't cut it for flem at $14 - there are way better routes on way longer walls at altona and nunna. The increased m'ship is a joke - i just paid $185 for a three-monthly concession m'ship at the hanga, this is even cheaper than flemmington!!!!! did they even look at the other gyms price lists when they made up theirs?

I also remember the wingeing when the mill hikd it's prices and as i recall this is why most of the mill (aka "the morgue") crowd defected to flem in the first place. I see another movement on the horizon if this new 'verve' can offer a better deal for regulars.

So when i next go to flem to use my remaining 3 passes i will be droppping off a little suggestion is that box for seperate bouldering passes - $10 bouldering, but i'd settle for $11, elsewise it will be goodbye to flemmington 4 me, hello enduro-nites at altona.
