Pizza de Barbizon

I invented this recipe in the Barbizon bivouac site in Font. You need flour, water, herbs, tomato paste, toppings of your choice, and one of those really cheap brie or camembert cheeses that you get in France.

Make a dough then form it into a patty that can fit inside the big bowl in your Trangia. Cook one side of the patty on the fry pan, then cover the cooked side with tomato paste, toppings and the brie. Put it back on the fry pan to cook the other side but put the up turned bowl over the pizza so as to melt the brie. Depending on what toppings you want, you may wish to pre-cook these. Then walk around to other dirt bags camp sites casually eating pizza whilst they eat boiled lentils or what ever crap they have at hand.
