Rock Warriors Way by Arno Illgner - I reckon this is the best book going! All about the mental side which is 90% of climbing!
Training for Climbing and How to Climb 5.12 by Eric Horst are good for training ideas and giving a perspective on the best way to push up your grades
They are the best I started with. The mags like Rock and Crux have very good articles too, espescially if you can source back issues. |
