So I ordered some gear from mtntools in the States a few weeks ago and got pretty screwed over with the US-Aus currency in that Larry didn't process it for a week after ordered, so lost an extra $200 in that... This i can live with, it never arriving is a different story.

Long and short is I leave for a trip this Sunday and have settlement with moving out of my house tomorrow. Old mate Larry hasn't replied to any emails since the one where I gave him my credit card info, so that's no help - although he did say it would be here before we left....but it isn't...

My question is what is the process in dealing with an overseas company when this sort of shit happens? Can I ask for my money back?
My other option is if anyone who lives in Natimuk can help me out by letting me forward the delivery to their address? Would also be sweet if I could forward a phone charger from ebay to the address as well otherwise i know where my girlfriend will stick my bigbro...PM me. Cheers, Paz
