Whoa Fish boy where did that come from? You asked a question and answered it yourself without any of
the facts. All of our casual staff currently get a minimum of 4 hour shifts although we reserve the right to
not have to give them the same as most other companies. Currently we don't pay penalty rates but we
aren't the only ones in the industry to do this and to compensate we pay more than some other
companies hourly rates. If you haven't worked for us how can you comment? If you weren't offered a job
or shifts perhaps there is a reason. Everyone is free to choose who they work for and you have to
consider the pros and cons of every employment opportunity but if you get pissed at everyone who
doesn't offer you what you want then you are going to live one stressed life. I wish you luck in your
career path wherever it may take you.
