I reckon if you want to improve your climbing it is important to breath or other wise you will turn blue and die and not climb. But if you can manage to inhale and exhale alternatively then you might be better off to focus on something that could actually increase your ability to climb. Strength is good but technique is better, focus on these and forget about breathing it happens automatically anyway. |
