surely another approach to the problem could be woth while DUNG beetles . there are species around that dispose of human as well as european animals ie cows etc . a search of dung beetles will put u intouch with a john ? feehan who can provide suitable species fpr an area . Apparently there are some touristy areas that had a huge problem and the beetles will clean it up quickly the bury the waste in balls to lay their eggs and numbers will equal the supply , native dung beetles dont cope well with human waste . thius would only leave the problem of the paper leaves or whatever is used for wipes. this doesnt remove the waste but does bury it well and it will be consumed and thus broken down. If u see an area where beetles are active with cattle then the normal 10 % of pasture covered with dung reduces to negligible coverage as well as putting the nutrients into the soil and providing aeration which promotes growth
