Hey,
Very true... I know a few “shorter” people who set ridiculously reachy and generally pretty uninspiring problems, Then again there are many tall people who do the same. It will be a bit of a give and take relationship. We will endeavour to set all sorts of climbs and problems to suit people of all shapes and sizes. But on the other hand we also intend on setting problems that short people feel extended on and that make tall people feel bunched.
In return we ask for your feedback! (And for you to climb at Bayside Rock) Yes this gym is a business but it is being built more because it is a passion that plays a major part in our lives. If you have any ideas or suggestions, then send us an email. If you have any complaints or words of appreciation then we need them too. It is going to be impossible to keep everyone happy, but we want to try and do our best.
We are proud to say that we have a brand new range of holds only a select few have seen, which will be covering the walls at Bayside Rock (We hope that you fall in love with them). Included in that range are thousands of foot holds... Big and small... Which will be used along the way to provide more options.
That idea is to provide a facility that is not only great for training, But a place people can go to have fun, try something different and generally enjoy the “Homely” atmosphere.
If we can put a smile on your face then we have succeeded, If there is something that we can do to make that smile bigger, then let us know.

Hope to see lots of friendly faces visiting us when we open (Will keep you posted on dates).
Regards,
Bayside Rock, AKA The Kassay’s.

PS. There will be plenty of lead only, but you will still have to share for the majority.
