That sounds pretty good - but keep in mind that even short people can set reachy routes. And James is not really known for his short arms :-))) but he definitely knows what he's doing. The most important thing is to just add some little footholds. Firstly it's boring to have the (quite common) foot-to-hand style and also not very nice to climb. Secondly more footholds open up ossibilities for climbers of all heights.
And what's the top-rope situation's gonna be like? Maybe finally a gym with 50% (or even more) lead area?? Probably wishful thinking ...
