Damn, that's no good; sorry to hear it. I also live in Yarraville so am tentative to go home & find my gear missing as well. I've had my car burgled twice now within 6 months (I did stupidly leave it unlocked). I went to the cash converter type places around Footscray & they said that some of them co-operated with the cops & kept proper records, but some of the dodgy places would take anything no questions asked. It was some gold jewellery - some places would actually melt it down & re-mould! Not that they would melt down your C4s or ropes...
