Didnt notice any rubbish in the gully, We came down the tourist track. The only visible tat I saw was retreat tat halfway up routes.
But I was shocked by the access to some of these routes. The alpine shrubbery is pretty darn tough, but once it gets pulled out of the soil the erosion sets in pretty quickly. Not sure what the answer is. I would think some fixed rope up cleaner pieces of rock. to make access routes more obvious and keep traffic out of the garden. Seems to work at other crags. Is this the sort of thing that would get "chopped"??? |
