At first I thought it was the pulse of the blood pumping through my hands. I was rather amused and a little frightened when I realised it was the pillar swaying forwards and backwards.
We copped some alpine weather and I was planning to rap off the slight horn on the edge of that pillar. Some quick mental maths told me the pillar was probably a lot heavier than I am, and actually quite stable despite the subtle swaying. But I decided to be a cautious cat and left some wires up higher anyway. |
