HI ALL

Just thought I would let you all know about our climbing sponsorships if you had missed our add in the new issue of Rock.

We are offering sponsorships to climbers around Australia in co-herence with our launch, all you need to do is send us your climbing CV telling us about your achievements and your aspirations for the coming 12 months.

All CV'S received will be replied to and you will be entered into our free prize draw which consists of a:

Trango B52 Belay Device
PMI 9.4mm X 70m Dry Rope
and a Pinnacle Clothing Package

The winner of the free prize draw will be announced on this site on March 1st, so it gives you plenty of time to get those CV'S up to scratch and send them to one of the following addresses:

HI ALL

Just an update for you all in regard to the sponsorship. We are having a great response to the add in Rock Magazine and to the posts we have placed on climbing sites such as Chockstone/Qurank. All CV's received over the weekend will be replyed to this week, and we will be talking to all applicants. The shortlist will be drawn up in Feb and we will be visiting these candidates personally.

We have had questions asked about the sponsorship and would just like to answer the question wiht the most enquiries.

WHAT/WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are not looking for the person who can crank the hardest grades, or are in Rock magazine every issue. We want up and coming climbers who feel they have the potential to grow into these people that are in the spotlight now. We would also like people who are passionate and just enjoy climbing for what it is or even better both of the above points put together. So if you feel you fit these categories get your CV in now to.

The prize draw will be drawn on March 1st so even if you don't gain sponsorship you could win some free gear and thats got to be worth dropping us a quick email. As you can never have enough gear especially FREE gear.

Just a quick update on the sponsorships.

We have received over 100 CV's from Australian Climbers wishing to be sponsored.

I will get back to you all by wednesday of this week and a promo pack is being sent out to everyone that has replied so far.

Remember whatever your level, age or style we want to here about you and of course you get the chance in the free prize draw. I will even keep sending out Pinnacle promo packs to everyone who writes.

Just a quick note to say congratulatiosn to Simon Rosenbaum, he was the first person drawn out of the hat for the free prize pack. (Details of prize in previous post.)
