Hello Mr devlin66,

Since Derek my IP-lost M10 love became “disbaled” by the “motherators” on this fabulous site, not only has the tone of the place changed but we have had the fortunate by-product of more time to caress the rock. I must admit though to not having climbed (or knitted on), the English grit, which sounds very much like what we put on the bottom of our budgie cage!
All this headpoint nonsense is perplexing to me, especially when most of that medium seems to be only practice for real climbing further afield as I gather for the most part, it really is little more than glorified bouldering when it comes to height, from what I have read and seen in photographs.
According to Derek my love, about the only decent thing the pommies have exported to Australia was that wonderful Mr Ewbank who had the good sense to realise that Australia has such blessed rock that it required a better grading system to match to it!
Have you had any good climbing sessions at Kangaroo Point recently?

Regards,
MrsM10

Ahh my dear Mr hero, I would have thought that a young chappie like yourself would not be a conusor of Mr Louis Armstrong singing mack the knife! It certainly warms the c--kles of this old girls heart hearing him rasp out the lyrics of pearly whites and billowing red!, though sadly Derek my M10 love appreciates more recent heavy rock bands to a greater extent, so I don’t get to hear Louis much these days!
I wonder if Mr Armstrong ever touched grit?
Have you ever felt the need to climb on grit Mr hero?; other than perhaps when Mr E.S. lets go with one of his infamous fart jokes??
Regards,
MrsM10
