Guys, it is seriously going to take alot of protesting to the management at VR to realise just how stupid they are.

Here is the response I got from my email to them earlier today.

"Thanks you for your email regarding the price rise, but I would hope that you could see some of the improvements that have taken place at Victoria Ranges since you started climbing here. Over the last few months the amount of route setting and staffing levels have increased to meet the expectations of the climbers coming here. We have purchased more high quality holds and have more deliveries yet to arrive. There are also more improvements planned and underway; an extension to the boulder wall, holds, improvements to the lead wall and a pro store where members will receive a good discount on climbing products. These are all improvements to give every climber more variety and choice.

Also there are many expenses to running a gym, power, staffing, liability insurance and maintenance. With each year there is an increase to the liability insurance so there has to be an increase to match outgoings. We are still trying to offer the best service with the best price. I hope that you do enjoy the improvements that are taking place and continue to have fun climbing at Victoria ranges.
