i got lincoln halls latest book for xmas and when he mentions the second step he says it was first climbed by the chinese in the 60's. nothing at all about the possibility of mallory freeing it. maybe he knows something we don't......i didnt know about the photo of his wife bit, makes the whole thing even more intriguing. |
