The first couple of pages have excessive loading times, the 3rd one is fine, heres a good quote to go by: Net analysists agree that after the first 20 seconds you loose 10% of your audience and a additional 10% every 10 seconds. I would try and trim down/optimise those larger pages if possible. Also note that a lot of people who have 56k modems rarely if ever connect at that speed due to line quality, so you are probably looking at an average of 40kb/s for modem users which are still in the majority.
