Do you sweat out caffiene as well as salt? Seems to me my body needs another espresso just as I finish the first one...
Which brings me to a really neat energy solution I found by accident, after having a Sudafed for cold symptoms (makes me feel edgy and horrible but better than yelling "snot" at your belayer) I then had an Uncle Toby's "Roll Up", the combo is awesome! Just a bit of speed with a nice energy hit...
P.S. 37 degrees sounds good, might drive to Perth this arvo, now where's the Sudafed...
