need to glue back the edge of the sole on my LaSportiva climbing shoes.
Advice on best glue for the job would be most appreciated.
Cheers

How old are they? If relatively new I would take them back to place of purchase.

I've used contact adhesive for this in the past - ie the glue you put on each separate surface, leave to dry for a while before putting the 2 surfaces together.

Shoes are fairly old, although they still have plenty of rubber.
I just don't want to send them away to get repaired if I can do it myself, especially in view of the fact the the problem is minimal.
I'll probably use the glue used to attach plastic soles to leather shoes, sort of what james referred to.
Thanks

I second this as a fantastic idea. You can buy puncture repair kits form k-mart for $4.
