We did a few in France en route (kind of) from Chamonix to Arco last year. The best was probably the Roc d'Toviere at Val D'Isere (views, exposure, fairly long) with the Grand Diedre near Crolles (strenous, overhanging, lovely spot) also worth a mention.

The French ones are quite different to the Dolomites style via ferrata in that they are relatively new, safe and small. Felt a bit like a big jungle gym - usually with great exposure though. Terrific fun and high novelty value (i.e. can wear off after a while!). Spent most of the time with a massive grin. If you're interested let me know and I can probably dig out some photos.
