Yes, I remember the Sheffield Steel incident. I believe Andy was not "allowed" to rename Pegasus because he had not freed the entire route. He batmanned the first 8 meters or so. Ergo, if he had climbed those moves his name should have stuck. Incidentally, does anyone know how Pegasus was aided? There are no bolts up the 8 meter "blank" section from the ground to the crack(this will go free but only to those with "vision"!) The crack bottom is parallel-sided so you would probably have to poke a cam in there with a stick or something!
