Maybe as I suggested earlier, add a small towel or chamois to your rack. Wipe your hands on the towel, then lightly dip your hands on the chalk before commencing the climb. Maybe do the same if the opportunity arises part way up the climb, if it doesn't just dip into the chalk bag as you currently do. I have no issue with people using chalk, it's the excess use of it that I have an issue with, in most cases you just need dry hands and not some magical power of the chalk.
