Be very wary of any form of dieting Mousey. Despite what many promise, it is very hard to lose weight by restricting calories and not lose some muscle in the process. And once the muscle is gone it is MUCH harder to get it back than it was to lose it.
I'm 4kg lighter than I was a few years ago, when I was the strongest I've ever been and could just do a one-arm chin-up on each arm. I can't even come close to that now, and my overall power-to-weight ratio is not quite as good.
Think hard about whether it's worth no longer being the muscle-bound chick-magnet you currently are, just to pull a bit harder on smaller holds. |
