At burnley to try and build up endurance, i try and do laps of the problems i've already managed to do, for instance, going up and down the black on 30 degree wall, or the white on the 45 degree wall, especially good for a pump if u do it at the end of a session when you are already pumped. this is best done when there aren't a lot of people because u interup the flow. this can be done on any wall or wherever u train, just hanging on and going till you can no longer hold on.
definately agree about the need to practise smooth clipping of draws and finding the correct stance to do so from. |
