Fell about 7m on bolts at KP last month. I had been top roping above my level all night and decided to lead something easy. Got over the crux of an easy climb I had onsighted before, hands groping for slimy holds, high stepped with the right foot onto a ledge, hadn't stood up on it yet, searching in my chalk bag for a hanger - but there were none there. Freaked out and actually let go! (what the...) Soft fall onto rope (nice belaying Andy!), all the way down to the second bolt. Only scraped my knee open a bit, but was still a little too shaken to finish the climb. Silly mistake with the hangers, plus bizarre (!) reaction at the sharp end. Lessons learnt. Haven't fallen on natural pro yet.
