Given the relative sizes of the Coles Myer group and your local fruiterer, I'd take a punt that a few people deciding to shop local will have less of an impact on Coles than a corresponding number of people deciding to go to Coles (or Bunnings, or Baker's Delight or your other big chain stores...) would have on the local store. Once it's gone, diversity is very hard to get back. |
