Vancouverites call it "Squampton". Think it's changing now though, what with the 2010 Olympics in the Sea-to-Sky corridor, house prices in Squish are heading northwards; the yuppies quite like a town by Howe Sound/fjord with the Tantalus range in the background, lots of cool outdoor stuff to do and only an hour from Whistler... Still, I never went anywhere near the Chieftain alone on pay day.
