I good mate owns the very first HSV maloo ute holden ever made which is nothing like the maloo utes that were released into production. His engine came from a VT 5.0 with a roller cam, yella terra under bonnet supercharger with VS Spack cloth interior. The paint is white and navy blue, VS cluby wheels with a VT Getrag 5 speed.

So if the VL Bob Saki had was one if the first there might have ben a few extra mods such as a small block chev, different paint and interior.
There was a VH SS group 1. Maybe?

We need a photo Bob!!
