Last night I watched 'North by Northwest' and the final scenes involve Cary Grant and 'the girl' down climbing Mt Rushmore (the most heinously chipped route ever). She wears high heels and you can see that it's going to go wrong. There is lots of falling and stopping on ledges. The bad guy 'Leonard' at one stage seems to climb down an overhanging wall but it's a bit suss. He drops his torch which falls parallel to the wall. Then when he 'cuts loose' he has to work pretty hard to stop his feet going straight back onto the wall. But the best 'climbing' occurs in a prior scene when Cary goes 'buildering' between balconies at the badies house. But if you can suspend disbelief, then it's right up there with the Eiger Sanction for viewablity.
