Two bits of interesting stuff to come out of the genral assembly of UIAA in Baniff, Canada Sydney is the city for the 2008 World Youth Cup. With any luck this will mean that we will also hold some World cup rounds as well. Secondly UIAA Climbing has just split from UIAA. Don't know what the new association will be called but, this will allow competition climbing to push for Olympics, amongst other things
