I think Liomin Castle is the worst 'highly rated' cliff I've climbed at and the climb 'Pusher Man' is the worst three star climb I've done. It was about 10 years ago I climbed here so my memory may be a bit vague.

Start with about a 90 min. walk in, the last part scrub bashing up a hill. First pitch was up a dirty offwidth with no gear and I recall the leader encountering either a loose block or loose rocks. I lead the 40m second pitch and I remember one nice move whilst soldering on through mostly brittle rock and stony ledges. Last pitch was a 40m ramble out then a longish decent walk.

To be fair the the first ascentionist the style of the day was ground up ascents, minimal gear and the endeavour to conquor stunning lines. In its' day it probably was worth a star or two and is still worth a look for modern day 'adventure climbers', but for my money it wasn't worth the rave review it received.
