I'm 50yo 182cm and 69kg with 18% bodyfat according to a recent test at work and it said I was borderline satisfactory/fit, consider that I'm a rigger/scaffolder and very active this sounded to be a bit suss, then the nurse, who is reasonably slim (and a climber) said the test showed her to be fat! Everyone has different physical makeup, slight/heavy boned etc!
