hey Christian, good question. Nice going to get third in the B's by the way..

The revenue from entries was $1800 - 16 A graders who paid $50 & 25 B's & Masters who paid $40.

When I get all the bills in, I'll post the overall financial result, but I'm pretty sure SCA and SICG will make losses, but not so much that its not worthwhile doing it. We ran a raffle which made SCA $600 to help recoup something.

So its not really possible to charge much less of an entry fee.

The "late fee" of $100 was to encourage people to enter on time. It really helps the setters to know who's coming so they can get the grading right. It was a rainy day as it turned out, so more would have turned up who got rained out in the mountains.

What do you think, allow entries on the day for the same fee & get a better turnout, but have the setters setting without knowing who's coming, or keep the late entry fee?
