Consider that the sexy WC Zeros (like aliens but with cam stops) overlap the smallest
WC Flexi friends. So Zero #4 = Flexi #00, Zero #5 = Flexi #0.0, Zero #6 = Flexi # 0.5. The flexi's then go up from there with 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.5, 3, etc. (The smallest two zeros are only for aid). My point is, that if, in the future, you want to buy some micro cams and like the zeros, you might want to get Zero #4 rather than Flexi #00 or whatever. Hope that made sense.
I've had my aliens for years and love em. (Though I did manage to strip the trigger wires of a yellow alien two weekend ago, after repeated falls). I also have BD micro camalots in the same sizes and tend to prefer the aliens because they are more flexible and their narrower profile just seems to fit tight placements easier. However, these WC Zeros have all the flexibilty of the aliens and the cam stops to boot. I'd be interested to hear of feedback from people who have used them a lot. |
