Where is this data from? What WHO report is this? For smokers, lung cancer rates alone (exclusively caused by smoking) are more like 50-80 per 100000 each year. This doesn't take into account other cancers caused by smoking, and smoking causes more cardiovascular deaths that it does cancer deaths. Many, MANY references available if you want them.

Yes, but I want to have a choice not to be killed by smokers. You can make whatever choice you want, just don't inflict your choice on me.

Of course the other reason why smokers should be made social outcasts is because it stinks. No...seriously...it really REEKS.
